How do I buy jewellery on MY TRIBE

Simply click the “Buy” button and follow the steps.

Once you have made your payment you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Your purchase is now complete.

What payment methods does MY TRIBE offer and are they secure

MY TRIBE offers you the option to pay securely using your Visa or Mastercard bank card, as well as by TWINT and Postfinance.

Which countries does MY TRIBE deliver to

MY TRIBE offers sale and purchase of second hand jewellery for the Swiss market. We only deliver within Switzerland.

How will the item I purchased on MY TRIBE be delivered to me (delivery times, cost, delivery service)

Shipment costs are covered by MY TRIBE.

In Switzerland, the jewellery sector uses Swiss Post for all its shipments. This solution is the safest and most ecological.

MY TRIBE commits to send your item within three working days of the order, by registered post for products worth less than CHF 1500. Shipments over CHF 1500 in value are sent with the additional “insurance” service of the Swiss Post. For shipments over CHF 5000 in value, transport by a private carrier is organised.

Can I change my delivery address

Your delivery address cannot be changed once your order has been confirmed.

Can I return a purchased item

You have 5 days to return the item once you have received it. The piece must be in its original packaging and not have been used. The buyer bears the costs of the return or exchange.

Before returning an item, the Buyer must inform MY TRIBE of their intentions along with the reasons for return, by completing the Returns Form.

Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

What should I do if I don't receive my order

If the delivery time of three open days indicated when placing your order has passed and you have not received your goods, please contact MY TRIBE by phone or whatsApp on 07 94 59 30 50 or by email at hello@my-tribe.ch.

How are my items insured

MY TRIBE has a tailored insurance to cover any incidents that may occur during transport, provided that it is organised by MY TRIBE.

Do I need to create an account to be able to buy and sell

You do not have to create an account to sell or buy on our website.

In what condition is the jewellery sold

All items are pre-worn and exhibit traces of their past lives. However, they are carefully cleaned to restore their brilliance and erase any energies of the past.
